Lawyer listings
Lawyer profiles are provided by independent advocates. Nyaya Parisar does not guarantee outcomes, availability, or the accuracy of every listing. Users should verify credentials before engaging counsel.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the platform, post unlawful content, harass others, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated scraping without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyaya Parisar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
